Sallye Clark, LPC, MA, CEDS

Sallye, a proud Dallas native, has deep connections to the community. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health and Psychology from Texas A&M University before obtaining her Master’s in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2018. Her passion for counseling was ignited during her college summers as a camp counselor at T Bar M: Camp Travis, where she developed a strong affinity for working with children and adolescents.

Sallye brings a wealth of diverse experience to her practice, having worked with individuals of all ages across various clinical settings. Her experience includes counseling at a homeless shelter, an inpatient eating disorder facility, and a Christian private practice. She is particularly passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, crisis management, trauma, perfectionism, emotion regulation, behavioral concerns in youth, parenting, and underlying mental health challenges. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Starting in January, she will serve on the DFW IAEDP board as the certification chair. She has received specialized PCIT training from PCIT International.

Sallye is devoted to fostering hope and healing, believing that meaningful change occurs within compassionate and supportive relationships. She is dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to explore and understand themselves. Sallye is committed to meeting people where they are, viewing therapy as a safe space to freely wrestle with hard things. Sallye knows how hard it is to be vulnerable in their healing journey so she finds it a great joy to walk alongside people.

In her personal life, Sallye enjoys spending time with her husband, Ethan, and their family. She also loves to cook, travel and spend time with friends. She loves to explore her neighborhood by going on walks and discovering new restaurants around Dallas.
